This page contains Excel spreadsheets needed to host sanctioned juniors’ tournaments in the Ohio Valley Region of USA Volleyball.

Look through the list below for an Excel spreadsheet to help run your event. Just click on the link to download it. When prompted, just choose: “Save As”. If you are prompted for a username and password, just press “Cancel” and the file should download.

You can then modify the information on the first worksheet to contain your tournament’s name, dates, start times, ages and divisions as well as the teams in seeded order.

As the pool is being played, just enter the match scores in the appropriate cells in the respective Pool sheet. The system will automatically calculate matches won, sets won and point differentials.

When each pool finishes, rank the teams by order of finish using Best Match Record, Best Set Record, Best Point Differential, Coin Toss. Teams will then be advanced to their next appropriate spot being a bracket in the one day formats or a second pool for the two day formats.
