Go to Tournament Schedule at the bottom of the team page.
Select "Online Tournament Roster Verification"
Make sure your roster/certifications are complete, using link on that page.

If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

Specific tournament details may be distributed
at the tournament, if the Tournament Director feels that it is necessary.

2024 C2K Volleyball Tournaments
PARKING for 4/7: 
Due to the expected crowds for the eclipse on April
8 we have limited parking for the tournament to the east parking
lot (softball diamond) of Lima Senior.  The west lot off of
Spartan Way will be closed.  A map will be sent to all
coaches and club directors.  Thanks!!

code, entry fee & coach's contact BY JANUARY 1,
2021.
Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry
deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its
entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not
forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or
other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from
the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to
enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team
requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its
entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry
fee.

Concessions: There will be a full
concession stand. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in
the building.
Spectator Seating: No Bleachers.  Must have
chairs

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and
second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place teams
will play in the Silver bracket and all fourth-place teams will
play in bronze.  Playoff positions on the tournament brackets
will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not
play one another in the first round.
Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket
winner & runner-up.
Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Allen
County issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be
cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be
emailed to each club director. Club coaches/directors and assigned
officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have
on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the
cancellation.
