The Ohio Valley Region (OVR), the leading USA Volleyball (USAV) association based in Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania, is thrilled to announce the 2026 USA Volleyball All-Star Championships will be hosted in Columbus at the Greater Columbus Convention Center from July 23-26. This prestigious event will bring together the nation’s top club volleyball talent, showcasing elite competition at the highest level.

The week-long event kicks off with team check-ins and practice on July 22, with competition running from July 23-26. This exciting opportunity allows the OVR, the largest of the 40 regional volleyball associations of USAV, to spotlight its exceptional athletes, coaches, and community as they take center stage at this national event.

“We’re looking forward to hosting another prestigious volleyball event in our community with the All-Star Championships,” said Linda Logan, CEO & president of the Greater Columbus Sports Commission. “Columbus loves volleyball from the youth level, hosting dozens of OVR and USA Volleyball events over the years, to college, with the 2025 NCAA Men’s Championship and 2027 NCAA DI Women’s Championship coming up, and professional as the Fury are a charter member of the Pro Volleyball Federation. This will be a special week for both visitors and our local volleyball community.”

“The other regions of USA Volleyball are excited to come to Columbus because they know the OVR does things top-notch and that Columbus is a great destination. Glenn Freed does an excellent job in running the OVR All-Star program and Glenn and his team have plans well under way to make the 2026 Championship even more memorable than usual,” said Brian Hoffman, Ohio Valley Region commissioner, “The OVR is a very proud member of USA Volleyball, and I know all our staff and the boys’ and girls’ teams we put on the court will be an excellent presentation of the many opportunities the OVR provides to our 28,000+ members annually.”
