Dear regional leadership-
Attached are two documents which pertain to the USA Volleyball liability insurance program as it relates to the sanctioning of events. The Event Sanctioning and Insurance Coverage Clarification was written by EISX, our risk manager, a year ago in response to some questions about clubs, regions and USAV entering into agreements with third parties in connection with sanctioned events. Since then, more questions have arisen to necessitate further clarification. The Third Party Clarification document was written with the assistance of our risk manager and reviewed by the USAV Board of Directors.
