  Take exit 227 Girard exit
  Take left onto 422
  Take right at first red light - Second Street

  Go straight until road ends at Football Stadium
  Take left onto Highland Avenue
  School parking lot is 200 feet past first red light on left hand side.

Tournament Information

Doors open at 7:00AM
Coaches Meeting 7:30AM on Court 2 in the upstairs gym.
Pool Play Begins 8:00AM
This is a 3 net 12 team tournament.
    Pool A (upstairs gym Court 1) seeds 1,6,7,12.
    Pool B (upstairs gym Court 2) seeds 2,5,8,11.
    Pool c (downstairs gym Court 3) seeds 3,4,9,10.
(Teams from the same club, regardless of seed, will not be placed
in the same pool, unless there are more than 3 teams playing from
the same club.)
Pool Play on each net will be as follows:
    1st match 1 vs. 3 with 2 officiating
    2nd match 2 vs. 4 with 1 officiating
    3rd match 1 vs. 4 with 3 officiating
    4th match 2 vs. 3 with 1 officiating
    5th match 3 vs. 4 with 2 officiating
    6th match 1 vs. 2 with 4 officiating
Playoffs will begin within 10 minutes of the end of the last pool
play match.  Coaches should wait on court 2 in the upstairs gym
for playoff formats.  In the first match of playoffs the losing
team will go home and the winning team will stay to officiate the
second match.  The gold playoffs will be played in the upstairs
gym on courts 1 & 2 with the final being played on court 1.  The
silver playoffs will be played in the downstairs gym on court 3.

No food or drink is permitted in the wrestling room camp site. 
Outside food is permitted.  A full consession stand will be
available with hot and cold foods.  No coolers permitted in
building.  Bring chairs for the 2 courts upstairs.  Chairs must
remain on red mat between the 2 courts and must be kept off of
the
gym floor.  The downstairs gym has bleacher seating.

First place in Gold will receive T-Shirts and medals.  Second
place in Gold will receive medals.  First place in silver will
receive medals.  All awards will be limited to the number of
girls
on the official roster and one coach.

Any team cancelling within 2 weeks of the tournament date will
not receive a refund unless a paying replacement team is found. 
Any team cancelling prior to 2 weeks before the tournament date
will receive a full refund.

Officials are responsible for returning the game ball to the
tournament director after the gold finals on court 1, after the
gold semi finals on court 2 and after the silver finals on court
3
before they will receive payment.

If Trumbull or Mahoning County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the
tournament will be canceled. If for any reason the tournament is
canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament
list. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be
contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be
returned within 3 days of the cancellation.
