Ohio Valley Region New Boys' Team Volleyball Grant Application

Grants of $250 per team will be awarded as seed money to be used as deemed effective by the club, to newly formed boys' clubs or to new boys' teams offered by an existing girls' club for their inaugural year only. Each club is limited to a maximum of three teams eligible in their inaugural year. The OVR will accept applications on a first-come basis. There is a limit to total grant funding by OVR, and this program is coupled with the boys' high school grant program. All applications require approval by the OVR Boys' Program Director. Applications for the 2009-2010 season must be received by December 1, 2009 and will be awarded on or before January 1, 2010.

Your application verifies your agreement to do the following: Provide accurate information to all questions on this application. Sponsor and register a boys' volleyball team. Participate in OVR tournaments and championships. Register the director and coach(es) as members of the OVR. Work with OVR and the OBSVCA to encourage the development of boys' volleyball in surrounding communities.
